FIRST SUCCESS IN THE FIGHT HARD FOR THEIR CHILDREN MOTHERS
MRS. BAEZ CEDEÑO KARINA WITH YOUR 5 CHILDREN LEAVE THE CONSULATE OF GENOA AFTER 31 DAYS
Cedeño Karina's mother, who is now a symbol of struggle to defend the possession of his children, he finally quit on Saturday 14 March at 17:00 pm, the Consulate of Genoa in Italy, she is seeking asylum humanitarian refuge to the Government of Ecuador, from 12 February this year.
She could leave the decision to provisionally accept the juvenile court in Genoa, after feeling compelled to address this desperate act of Ms. Karina Cedeño to defend their children and so in order to not be locked in a mother-child community, which would be subjected to unwarranted psychiatric expertise and humiliated and that usually happens as a prelude to the separation of mothers to their children.
This gesture of love and sacrifice has led the Court decides to return home for children and alternate custody of them a week to the mother and one father respectively.
But this is a temporary resolution, the process begins only now, is an important precedent as the first juvenile court feels compelled to change its decision that should have been already implemented.
This struggle is not only the Ms. Karina Cedeño, but also many other mothers in Ecuador, which will have already lost their children, leaving a latent need that the Ecuadorian State through the relevant institutions to help these mothers to defend their parental rights in cases of separation.
Ms. Karina Cedeño grateful to the entire community that has sustained solidarity, apologizes to the compatriots who live in Genoa by the difficulties created in consular procedures and the central government of Ecuador, in the name of Mr. Fander Falconi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, for having received in the month of closure. Madam Minister,
hope that this message will be read by you or one of his colleagues, I send my strong protest regarding ecommends sending to relatives in Ecuador, I'll explain about a month ago I sent an application is Poste Italiane Rome to Quito, a package for my daughter and my mother, with clothes for their personal use, 7 items to be exact, with a value of € 70.00 and shipping of € 28.00, with a weight of 5 kilos, which today is 09/03/2009, when my daughter is on the National Post of Quito, has remove the package that had sent him, tell him first by the weight of 5 kilos must pay a tax of 127.00 dollars and if you can not remove clothing as it prohibited the entry of clothes for Ecuador, I please explain me, which means the abuse of the immigrant with so much sacrifice to his family send the few things we can give to our children or parents to be in contact with them, and we already pay the value of the consignment in the country in which we live and still more have to pay tax in our country of origin, that means Madam Minister, how is it possible that ordinary people who have migrated from our country, we have to suffer this abuse from the government, if Madam Minister, is an abuse that we want to charge a simple tax on people who are not traders and we only want our families to get the fruit of our work, for at least fill in some of our absence. You can not be preached and not practiced Madam Minister, as the Government Says National's go back and yet as we return to this kind of abuse by the Government against the immigrant. We can not send clothes, we can not send money, because otherwise we have to pay taxes, meaning that instead of helping us Undenäs ever more because of our sacrifices Sirba if we can not give our famiias a little joy. I would ask Ms. courteously
Minister an explanation and information on how I can make my daughter to receive the package I sent and the prices we pay for wanting to make a child smile or a mother on her birthday, or the day of the mother or his birthday or just when we want to say I LOVE YOU with this!!
Thank you for your attention.
